Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Jell-O Sugar-free, Fat-free Pudding powder (any flavor - I prefer vanilla)
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 cup frozen fruit of choice (I like strawberry or blueberies)
    1/2 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt (or light non-fat yogurt of choice)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
