Ingredients

    2 pounds extra lean ground beef
    1 c. diced onion
    2 toes minced garlic
    2 cans red kidney beans
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    Worchestershier sauce to taste
    salt to taste
    cayanne pepper to taste
    prasley to taste

Directions

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic, season with salt, cayenne pepper, parsley, and a liberal splashing of Worchestershier. Drain meat if necessary. Return to heat. Add two cans red kidney beans (including juice). Heat to boiling. Lower to a simmer for ten minutes.

Yields six one-cup servings.
