    2 vine ripened tomatoes
    6 jalapeno peppers
    3 cloves garlic
    1/4 small -medium onion
    a few tablespoons of water
    1 tsp vinegar
    2 tsp salt


Put tomatoes, jalapenos and garlic to boil in a medium pot. Once they are starting to peel, turn off heat. Let cool a few minutes and transfer to the food processor or blender. Add onions, vinegar and a little water to help the ease of puree. Add salt to taste.
