    1 c. basic breaking baking mix
    3 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
    1 large egg
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1/2 c. non-fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 c. non-fat milk
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
    1 1/2 c. wile blueberry granola with flax seeds


Mix wet and dry ingredients together, excluding blueberries and granola. Pour 1/3 cup on hot griddle, sprinkle with 1/4 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup granola. Flip after edges firm and cook other side.

Serve with whatever topping you like, but it doesn't need much of anything else.
