I have had this many ways but I like mine the best. I have had this many ways but I like mine the best.
Number of Servings: 4

One Box of whole wheat elbow macaroni
One pound of 93% lean ground beef
One can of tomatos (I like diced)
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    1/2 cup onion
    4 cloves of garlic (minced)
one or two Knorr beef rib flavor bouillon
Cavender's all purpose greek seasoning (to taste)

Spray olive oil spray on warm pan and add ground beef, turn down low at this time. Next chop onion and slice mushoorms. Mince garlic and open can of tomatos. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms to beef now. Then in large pot or dutch oven fill with water and put on high on the stove. Boil water and then add macaroni, stir and turn to med. Continue to stir off and on as you brown beef, onion, garlic and mushrooms. When beef is no longer pink, drain and add back to pan with tomatos, bouillon and Cavender's. There is no need to add more salt. Stir beef and tomato mixture and allow to simmer on low. Test for doneness of macaroni and when tender, drain and pore beef and tomato mixture on pasta, mix and serve with chesse.
