Ingredients

    3/4 cup white flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp yeast
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup water
    1 tbsp olive oil

    make dough, let rise, roll out add toppings:

    3/4 cup ricotta
    1 cup marinara sauce
    3 oz mozzarella
    1/2 of a bell pepper chopped
    1/2 of a zucchini chopped
    a few mushrooms chopped
    2 tomatoes sliced
    5 cloves of garlic chopped into larger pieces (not too fine)

    cook for 15 minutes at 425 until cheese and dough look finished and delicious

makes 6 large pieces or 12 small pieces
