    1/2 (10.75-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 packet dry onion soup mix
    2 lbs lean gound beef
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Transfer to loaf pan.
Cook for 1 1/2 hr.

Makes 8 servings

TIP: For even better flavor, combine ingredients and cover in the morning and let sit in the refrigerator until you are read to cook in the evening.
