Ingredients

    3 large Walla Walla or Vidalia Onions, halved lengthwise
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Halve the onions lengthwise and remove some of the outside skin. Put them on a lipped baking sheet and drizzle the olive oil over the cut side. Rub the olive oil into the onions then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for about 30 minutes or until soft. After they come out of the oven, drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve.
