    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, approx. 6 oz. each
    Seasoning (I like Morton's Hot Salt)
    2 T honey
    2 T butter
    1/2 c. orange juice
    Zest of a lemon
    1/4 c. chicken broth


Mix the orange juice, lemon zest and broth in measuring cup. Season both sides of the chicken to taste. Melt the honey & butter in large skillet on med-high. Add chicken to pan and brown both sides. Pour juice over chicken, bring to boil; reduce heat and cover. Simmer until chicken is cooked completely. Remove chicken from pan, turn heat up to med-high, and cook pan juices to a glaze. Pour over chicken and serve. 4 servings.
