    large jar of peaches
    1/2 cup SR flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tbspn water
    2 tspns sugar extra


Place peaches in casserole dish, microwave for 2 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180C.

Whisk sugar and eggs together. Stir in flour and water. Pour over hot peaches, top with extra sugar and bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
