    One box of cake mix, any flavor (this uses reduced sugar by Pillsbury))
    2 cups MELTED - any flavor ice cream (nutritional analysis uses breyer's fat free vanilla, 90 calories, 0 fat, 3 grams fiber)
    6 egg whites, 3 eggs or egg replacer (this uses Ener-G egg replacer)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13X9 in baking pan with Pam and lightly flour. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix on medium for one minute with electric mixer. Scrape sides of bowl and continue mixing for 2 minutes until batter is well blended, soft and thick. Pour into pan and bake for about 38 minutes, until the cake starts to come away from the sides of the pan. Frost as desired.
