    * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup
    * *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 0.5 cups

    * Banana, fresh,2 or 3 medium
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Almond extract (optional)

    * *Flour, white, 1 cup
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup
    * Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp
    * Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    * 0.5 tsp salt

    * Orange Juice, 0.25 cup


Mix sugars & oil. Add Eggs and mashed bananas. Beat well. Add almond extract if desired ( i love the taste of it).
Mix all dry ingredients together and add to banana mixture. Blend well.
Mix in orange juice.
Pour into greased and floured muffin pans of bread pan.
Bake 350F for 1.5 hours (test 15 minutes before end time).
