Introduction

This meal is great served over brown rice! It is really quick and easy to make. This meal is great served over brown rice! It is really quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Bell Pepper, Green, 2 medium, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, diced
    Italian Seasoning, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp
    Tomato, crushed, 2 cup
    Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
    Ground Turkey (Natural, low fat), 16 oz

Directions

Saute turkey over medium heat in skillet with olive oil until browned.
Add green peppers and onion and saute for 5-10 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
Add crushed tomatoes and heat for approx. 2 minutes

Serve over brown rice (additional nutritional info required) and add 1/8 cup of cheese over meal (is included in nutritional value)
