Ingredients

    1/2 cup lightly sweetened chai tea concentrate (Oregon Trail or Tazo work nicely)

    1/2 Libby's 100% pure pumpkin puree

    1/2 Almond Breeze - Unsweetened Vanilla

    2 scoops Aria Vanilla Women's Protein Powder

    1/2 cup ice

    1 packet splenda

    1/2 tbs pumpkin pie spice (or just add cinnamon & nutmeg to your liking)

    ** optional banana for thickness & flavor

Directions

blend all together with 1/2 cup ice and enjoy!

(add a banana for thickness and extra flavor)
