These are really yummy as a quick snack or part of a breakfast. These are really yummy as a quick snack or part of a breakfast.

    2 of the small 111g conatiners of Mott's unsweetened apple sauce
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup milk

    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 tsp baking powder

    1 cup whole frozen cranberries
    a sprinkle of flour


combine the first 3 ingrediants in a large bowl. in a seperate bowl, combine all of the dry ingrediants and stir together. and the dry ingrediants to the first bowl and stir until throughly mixed. in the second (no empty) bowl, place 1 cup of frozen cranberries and sprinkle with flower. fold the cranberries into the muffin mixture. scoop the batter into "greased" (i use canloa oil spray) pans. bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes.

makes 14 servings.
