Ingredients

    3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 T Olive Oil
    1/2 t salt
    1 1/2 T Parmesan
    1/3 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
    1/2 T Garlic Powder
    1 Envelope (4 servings) Onion Dry Soup Mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Cut each breast in two vertically AND horizontally (each breast will make 4 pieces). Spray foil on cookie sheet with spray oil. Pour the oil and sprinkle salt over the chicken and mix to coat all chicken pieces evenly. Mix all other ingredients well in a shallow bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in bowl coating well then place in a single layer on cookie sheet. Cook for 20 minutes and serve. Makes 12 pieces (four serving of 3 pieces each).
