Introduction

Ingredients

    20 Spanish olives
    20 Kalamata olives
    2 Garlic Cloves
    1/4 c. Roasted Red pepper diced (see my recipe)
    1/4 c. Red onion diced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a food processor (I use the magick bullet) blend until minced.

Servings: 12 (1 Tbsp = 1 serving)
