These are great dipped in a honey mustard sauce. These are great dipped in a honey mustard sauce.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb Chicken Breast
    2 Egg white
    1 TBS water
    1 cup Panko bread crumbs
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    pinch of cyanne pepper
    pinch of black pepper
    tsp of Mrs Dash garlic seasoning


Cut chicken breast into chicken strip size. Mix egg whites and water. Mix remaining ingrediants together in seperate bowl. Dip chicken strips in egg white and then coating. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and cook at 425 for approx 20 min.

*have fun with the spices remember panko crumbs are bland so spice them up they give great crunch.

    Instead of dipping in egg whites I used a mix of light mayo and honey mustard. This gave it a honey mustard flavor without a lot of dip. Love the panko!
