    36 Ritz Crackers
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    2 small packages instant pistachio pudding mix
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 quart vanilla ice cream
    Cool whip lite
    Crushed Heath candy bars (or buy pre-crushed toffee bits)


Crush Ritz crackers. Mix with margarine. Press into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool.

Mix milk & pistachio pudding mixes. Fold in 1 quart softened ice cream. Spread onto cooled Ritz crust. Freeze.

Once frozen, spread with cool whip, and sprinkle with crushed Heath candy.

Set out 1/2 hour before serving.

  • This recipe is loaded with trans fats which are far more dangerous than eating real butter. Add to that some artificial colors and flavorings, and you have a real cocktail for good health. I'm surprised to see this recipe in Spark People. - 2/18/11
