Ingredients

    1 can Kirkland chicken breast
    1 - 2 slices onion, chopped
    1 small celery stalk, chopped
    4 Tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
    5 - 6 almonds, chopped
    1 tsp Curry powder
    1/2 tsp ground Cumin
    1/8 cup chopped apple

Directions

Drain water from the canned chicken breast. Place chicken in a bowl with onion and celery and break up with your hands. Mix mayo, mustard and spices and add to chicken. Add chopped almonds and apples and mix well.
