    1 med. head of cabbage
    1 carrot
    1/2 green pepper
    1 jalepeno pepper
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dill seed
    enough water to blend


Seed peppers and cut into strips. Core cabbage and cut into wedges. Peel carrot. Put all items, a little at a time into blender and blend until all veggies are chopped finely. You will need to add some water to do this unless you have a food processor. Pour it all into a bowl and cover. Refrigerate. Drain some of liquid off or serve with a slotted spoon. Makes at least 20 1/2 cup servings, depending on the size of cabbage.
