Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 medium onion, finely chopped
    3/4 tsp minced garlic
    6 oz tomato paste
    14.5 oz diced tomatoes
    2 cans clams, drained
    Pinch of basil
    Pinch of thyme

Directions

Saute onion and garlic over medium heat until onions are almost clear. Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and clams and bring to a boil. Boil until of desired thickness, then reduce to a simmer. Add basil and thyme. Cook to taste.

Makes approximately four half cup servings.
