    18 oz jar of peanut butter
    2 medium bananas
    1 Tablespoon flax seed


mix the jar of peanut butter, flax seed together. Slice bananas in small slices and mix all together. Shape balls into small balls (approx. 30) (you can do however many you like smaller or bigger). Put on a cookie sheet and put in freezer for about 4 hours. I bag them and have them for a treat for something yummy and oh so good for you. Protein & Omega-3.
