    8 giant sized potatoes, cubed
    1 tbsp sage
    1 tsp salt
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 cup lowfat milk
    1 cup low fat sour cream
    3 tbsp butter


Makes 12-1 cup servings. Peel and cut up potatoes. Boil for 20 minutes. Mince garlic cloves into butter. Melt butter over low heat, ad sage and salt. Add 1 cup low fat sour cream and 1/2 cup lowfat milk. Keep on low heat, stirring frequently for 4 or 5 minutes.

Mash potatoes and ad sour cream mixture.
