Ingredients

    1 can veg-all
    2 tbsp mayo, light
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 ritz crackers, reduced fat

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except crackers, in baking dish

Sprinkle crumbled crackers on top

Bake on 350 for 25 min
