I just modified more recipes and this was for a birthday "cake" I just modified more recipes and this was for a birthday "cake"
Number of Servings: 16


    22 squares of graham crackers
    8 oz pkg light cream cheese
    1 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 c. 1% milk (can use 2 c. milk)
    2 small boxes sugar free pistashio pudding mix
    8 oz cool whip FREE
    1 1/2 tsp almond extract (I like almond)


Line 13 x 9 container with half the graham crackers. Soften cream cheese and beat with almond, add milk(s) slowly and mix well. Add pudding mix and beat in well. Fold in Cool Whip Free. When mixed spread half of mixture on graham crackers and remaining crackers, the add the rest of pudding mixture. Chill for several hours. Calorie count is for 16 servings.
