    Incredible!
Fabulous! After following recipe first time and loving it, I made changes to cut calories and fat. I substituted ¼ c Truvia Cane Sugar Blend for ¾ c white sugar, used unsweetened applesauce instead of oil, subbed ½ c oats for ½ c flour, dropped the cinnamon, added 1 tsp vanilla, and left off topping - 3/24/18

    Incredible!
This is the best banana bread recipe that I've found. I tweaked it slightly by adding 1/8 tsp vanilla and used 1/4 cup veg. oil with 2 eggs instead of 1/2 cup and 1 egg. The topping is what really makes these so delicious! - 11/21/12
