Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp. - Becel Light Margarine
    8 - boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    1/2 cup - water
    1 - 10 oz. can Condensed Tomato Soup
    1/4 cup - white vinegar
    1/2 cup - Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1/2 tsp, - ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp - ground cloves
    1/2 cup - finely chopped onion

Directions

Heat margarine in frying pan. Add chicken and brown well on both sides. Arrange chicken in 3 qrt casserole.

Sauce: Stir water in frying pan. Simmer and stir to losen any brown bits. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer slowly for 1 - 2 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until tender. Serve with rice. Rice not included in nutrition count.

Serves 4 - 2pieces of chicken and 1/4 cup sauce
