Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Vegetable Broth, 2 cup
    Water, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, cooked, .5 cup pieces
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    *Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Beef, top sirloin, Diced 16 oz


Directions

In a medium size pot combine broth, diced meat, mushroom pieces, diced tomato, cavenders, pepper and water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 90 minutes.

In a separate pot, steam potatoes.

    I think you mean to cut up the meat into beef tips because of your name and because it would cook faster so I'm going to cut up the beef. Sounds good to me - 8/24/09
