Ingredients



    * *Diced Tomatoes, canned (Happy Harvest, Aldi), 3.5 cup (remove)
    * *Happy Harvest Red Kidney Beans (canned), 3.5 cup (remove)
    * *Cahill Ground Turkey, 4 oz (remove)
    * Ground beef, lean, 4 oz (remove)
    * *Onion - Yellow - 1 med. (2 1/2 dia), .25 serving (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    * *White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)

Directions

Cook meat, onion and pepper. Drain and mix with tomatoes, beans, and cooked rice. Do not drain cans before mixing. Add sugar and preference on seasonings. Cook until liquid has cooked down and mixture is starting to thicken. Makes approximately 8 cups.
