    1/4 cup Skim Milk
    4 Egg Whites
    3 tbsp Salsa
    1 tbsp cooking oil


Put the 4 egg whites in a bowl with the milk and the salsa. Beat with a fork until well mixed. Pour the cooking oil in the pan and spread well. Cook the mixture in the pan on medium and use a spatula to fluff and turn the eggs until fully cooked.
