    3/4 cup butter
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    4 tsp vinegar
    1 3/8 cup milk
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    3 tsp baking powder
    3 cup flour
    1 cup blueberries


1. Mix together butter, sugar and eggs in a large bowl.
2. Dissolve baking soda in vinegar-milk mixture and mix into bowl.
3. Add baking powder and flour and mix just until flour disappears.
4. Mix in blueberries.
5. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour, until cake tests done.
6. Let cool 15 minutes before removing from the pan.

Can be topped with icing sugar or a glaze, if desired.
