Introduction

Mango, Apple, Orange, Milk and Vanilla Yogurt (Both Nonfat) Mango, Apple, Orange, Milk and Vanilla Yogurt (Both Nonfat)

Ingredients

    1 Mango
    5 Oranges
    3 Gala Apple
    2c Nonfat Milk
    1c Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt

Directions

Using a juice extractor put the Oranges and Apples into it to get the juice.

Put the Mango, Milk and yogurt into a blender and puree.

Combine the 2 mixtures in a juice container.

Shake well and serve.

Make 8 1-cup Servings
