    Bananas, 3 OVER Ripe
    Flour, white, .75 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked
    Applesauce, .25 cup
    All White 100% Liquid Egg Whites, 0.25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    Dried Cranberries, 4 oz


Mix dry ingredients separate from wet.
Combine and level equal amounts into a cupcake tray pre-treated with non-stick cooking spray.
Cool for 15-20 minutes at 350.
