    6 oz Pink Salmon (Chicken of the Sea)
    3 tbsp. Hellman's light Mayonnaise
    1 tsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp finely chopped celery
    1 tbsp finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp salt
    dash pepper
    3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 large egg, beaten


Preheat oven to 350. Grease a shallow 1 quart baking dish. In a small bowl combine salmon, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add celery, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in bread crumbs and egg. Mix well. Shape into loaf and place in baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
