    1 tablespoons corn or vegetable oil
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 cup sliced onions
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 cup chopped cauliflower
    1 cup snow peas
    1 teaspoon red chili paste
    2 teaspoon peanut butter
    1 teaspoon brown sugar
    1 tablespoon fish sauce


1. Heat corn oil, stir-fry vegetables with garlic until crisp but tender. Remove from pan.
2. Heat the sesame oil and add chili paste, peanut butter, brown sugar, and fish sauce; cook 30 seconds.
3. Add vegetables and stir with sauce.
Makes 4 1cup servings.
