    2 cups Flour
    1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    1/2 cup Blue Bonnet Light Margarine
    2 eggs
    1 ripe Banana, mashed
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.5 cup Post Banana Nut Crunch Cereal, crushed.
    1/4 cup chocolate chips


Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. Cream butter and splenda in an electric mixer. Add banana, eggs, vanilla and stir until combined. Gradually add in flour mixture. Stir in crushed cereal. Split dough in half using floured hands. Place half the dough on a well floured surface and form into a 2 inch by 14 inch long "log". Place on cookie sheet. Repeat with other half. Bake 25-35 minutes until browned. Let cool 5 minutes. Using a serrated knife cut each "loaf" diagonally into 12 pieces. Place on the cookie sheet cut side up and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until desired crispness. Melt chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave. Drizzle over the top.
