    2 Tomatoes
    2 Eggs
    1 Green Onion / chopped
    1 Tbsp Oil
    4 cups Chicken Broth
    1 Tbsp Soy Sauce


Beat eggs and a few pieces of onion and set aside.
Peel tomatoes and cut into wedges and set aside.
Heat saucepan and add oil, then stir fry onions.
Put chicken broth into pot and add onion. then bring to boil.
Add tomatoes and soy sauce and return to boil, then slowly pour in beaten eggs stirring as you pour, then return to boil.
