    5.5 oz. rotisserie chicken without the skin
    50 grams cucumbers
    1 campari tomato
    2 tbsp Fage 0%
    1tbsp reduced fat mayo with olive oil
    1 yellow bell pepper or any color
    pepper and other spices to taste


Chop chicken, cumber and tomato and add all to a bowl. Add in the mayo and yogurt and mix. Add spices and cut up bell pepper into 8ths so you can use them as a scoop for your chicken salad. Enjoy!
