    2 Flat Out Multigrain Flatbread with Flax
    1.25 cups cooked mushrooms
    1 tbsp sunflower oil
    1.4 ounces Gouda cheese
    1 cup alfalfa sprouts


Slice mushrooms and cook in sunflower oil over medium high heat. Divide mushrooms, cheese and sprouts between flatbreads. Roll up and enjoy.
