    3.5 cups rolled oats
    3 Tbsp flax seeds
    .5 cup sunflower seeds
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp sea salt
    .25 cup brown sugar
    .25 cup canola oil
    2 Tbsp honey
    1 Tbsp maple syrup
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp blackstrap molasses
    1 cup raisins (or up to 2 cups other dried fruit)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients except fruit thoroughly. Spread evenly on cookie sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack. Stir in fruit. Keep in airtight container.
