    12 ounces raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    2 teaspoons garlic, minced
    2 ounces Ronzini Smart Taste Spaghetti, cooked & drained
    2 tablespoons sour cream
    2 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
    2 tablespoons red cooking wine
    1 tablespoon chives
    4 teaspoons light margarine


In a saute pan, saute onions and garlic in margarine until soft. Add red cooking wine. Saute about a minute. Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink. Add sour cream, cream cheese and chives. Cook until cheese is melted. Add cooked & drained spaghetti and chives, toss until all ingredients are coated. Serve immediately.
