Introduction

Yummy Sunday breakfast treat! Yummy Sunday breakfast treat!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1.5 c whole wheat pancake mix
    1 cup milk 1%
    1 lg egg
    2 med bananas mashed
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Beat eggs, pour in milk and beat together with vanilla and cinnamon. Mix in mashed banana. Add panccake mix and stir together until just mixed.
Heat griddle, or whatever you like to make you pancakes on to med high, and spray with cooking spray.
Spoon batter onto griddle - I use a scant 1/4 measure.
This makes approx 18 pancakes. Allow batter to bubble on first side, then flip.

For the kids I toss in chopped walnuts and or chocolate chips as a treat. These area also great with dried fruit - crasins are our favorite.
