Ingredients

    6 potoatoes peeled, boiled and mashed should work out to about 3.5 cups
    1 lb of Ground Beef
    1.5 cups of Green Giant frozen peaces and cream corn
    200g Light Shredded Marble Cheddar Cheese
    1 Large Egg

Directions

*Preheat Oven to 350 degrees*
1. Mash 6 peeled and boiled potatoes with milk and butter
2. Brown Ground Beef adding desired spices and egg
3. Boil Corn
4. Layer baking pan first layer is ground beef mixture, second layer is corn and third layer is potato.
5. Sprinkle shredded Cheese on top and place in the oven on the middle rack for 45 minutes.

Cut into 8 equal squares and serve
