    2 packages (6 oz) Bumble Bee Premium Wild Pink Salmon (in a pouch)
    1 extra large egg
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup shredded carrot
    3/4 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
    1/8 cup nonfat milk


Combine ingredients and form into 4 patties. Cook in skillet coated with 1 Tbs. olive oil. Cook on medium heat. Cook approximately 15 minutes on each side, until browned.

Serving suggestion: serve with mashed potatoes and top salmon patty and potatoes with pea gravy (see separate recipe). You can make the mashed potatoes and the gravy in the time it takes to cook the salmon patties, so you have an easy 30-minute meal.
