    1 cup mix of red, yellow, orange and green belle peppers
    3 medium fresh mushrooms sliced
    3 oz. of cubed and cooked chicken breast
    1/2 cup cooked brown rice
    Mazola oil spray to coat pan
    1 teasp. Teriyaki sauce
    1 teasp. mixed herbs


Makes two 3/4 cup servings
Stir fry peppers until tender. Add Cooked chicken cubes, Rice, mushrooms, Teriyaki sauce and herbs and stir fry until heated through.
