Introduction

Ingredients

    1 package (11 ounces) Hebrew National Reduced Fat Beef Franks
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 cup chopped celery
    2 cans (16.5 ounces) Bush's Best Original Baked Beans
    1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

Directions

Spray a nonstick saucepan with cooking spray. Saute the onion, celery, and bell pepper over medium heat until beginning to sweat - about 5 minutes. Meanwhile slice the franks into one inch pieces.

Add the sliced franks to the pan and saute until lightly browned.

Add the remaining ingredients, stir to combine, and let simmer on low heat until flavors blend - about 20 minutes.

Makes 6 one cup servings.
