Introduction

I make these in all sorts of flavors. My favorite being the chocolate pumpkin which uses chocolate whey protein power and pumpkin puree in place of the applesauce. I add spices like cinnamon to taste and since they have no calories, I did not list them here. Try making the recipe you own. They freeze well which I suggest doing because since they have no preservatives, they spoil quick too I make these in all sorts of flavors. Ingredients

    2 cups uncooked old fashioned oatmeal
    4 ounces apple sauce, natural, unsweetened
    4 egg whites
    2 scoops whey protein
    1 cup diced apples

Directions

mix all ingredients in a bowl. portion into 7 cookies and place on baking sheet sprayed with baking spray or use parchment or a silpat. Press each mound into about a 1/2 inch thick disk. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until the edges are golden. A serving is one cookie.
