Ingredients

Pillsbury Low Fat Crescent Rolls (One package- of 8 rolls)
1.5 cups Fresh raw vegetables of your choice (I used pre-cut and washed carrots, onions, green peppers, and celery)
Hidden Vallen Ranch Dip Mix- 4-5 tsp (to taste)
Fat Free Cream Cheese ( 8 oz.)
Fat Free Sour Cream (1/2 c.)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
Spread rolls out in a 9 x 13 pan ( flatten to make one piece of flat dough). Bake the dough for 9-11 minutes until golden brown.
While baking, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and the ranch dip mix until smooth. Cut up vegetables if necessary.
Let the dough cool completely.
Spread cream cheese mixture over the dough leaving the edges free for easy handling. Spread vegetables over the top. Chill in fridge until ready to serve.

Makes 8-12 servings depending on size of cut pieces. The calories are calculated for 12.

    Incredible!
Definately a keeper. I had to improvise a bit with ingredients based on what I had on hand (cream cheese, greek yogurt, and mayo + Penzy's Ranch dressing seasoning) and broccoli in place of celery. Turned out refreshing and delish. - 7/1/12
