Quick and easy...very filling. Quick and easy...very filling.

    2 eggs (use 1 egg & 1 egg white for a lighter version)
    1 serving Arnold Multi-Grain sandwhich thins
    2 small/medium tomatoes
    1 tbsp basil
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 oz chevre
    salt as desired


Whip up the eggs with a splash of water and the garlic powder. Gently scramble in a pan. When they are almost done, tossed in chopped up tomatoes and freshly torn basil leaves. Cook over medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Toast sandwhich thins, spread .5 oz chevre on each. Top with scrambled eggs. 1 very large serving
